This machine enables automatic tape wrapping for straight non-branched wire harnesses. Key parameters such as wrapping length, tape overlap ratio and start/end section processes are easily set via touch screen.

○ Special structural design ensures the tape can be wrapped to 10mm at the left end and 30mm at the right end of the sheath.
○ Adopts dedicated design to keep the wire harness non-twisted during the taping process.
○ Taping turns, wrapping length, rotating speed, horizontal moving track and taping effect are all adjustable and settable on the display screen.
○ Full automatic operation with automatic tape winding, automatic head positioning and automatic tape cutting. Operators only need to load and unload wire harnesses manually.
