○ Built-in CCD vision and pressure monitoring systems automatically sort good and defective products, ejecting defects at dedicated stations to ensure consistent quality and reduce rework.
○ Uses a jig-based material handling system for precise positioning and parallel processing at all stations. Supports multi-person simultaneous wire loading, fully utilizing the machine’s maximum production capacity.
