The cable stripping and tubular terminal crimping machine is an integrated, high-efficiency electrical connection equipment designed to streamline the processes of cable insulation stripping and tubular terminal crimping. ○ Equipped with advanced intelligent control systems and high-precision mechanical components, the machine achieves seamless integration of two key processes: cable stripping and terminal crimping. For cable stripping, it features adjustable stripping blades and adaptive clamping mechanisms, which can accurately strip the insulation layer of various types of cables (including copper cables, aluminum cables, multi-core cables, etc.) with different diameters without damaging the inner conductor. The stripping length and depth are fully adjustable, meeting the personalized requirements of different terminal connection scenarios.
○ In terms of tubular terminal crimping, the machine adopts a high-pressure crimping head with replaceable crimping dies. The crimping dies are compatible with various specifications of tubular terminals (such as insulated tubular terminals, non-insulated tubular terminals, waterproof tubular terminals), ensuring that the crimped connections are firm, low-resistance, and resistant to vibration and corrosion. The crimping pressure and stroke can be precisely set and maintained stably, effectively avoiding problems such as insufficient crimping (easy disconnection) or excessive crimping (damaging terminals or cables), thus guaranteeing the consistency and reliability of each crimping joint.
