This cable tie machine only requires manual placement of the cable ties inside the cavity plate. After the employee positions the products, they manually thread the cable tie through the hole to the sensor and pull it. The machine's internal pull wheel then automatically tightens and cuts the cable tie. The process takes approximately 1-1.5 seconds (the time may vary slightly depending on the length of the cable tie), significantly saving time and reducing employee fatigue.
