○ Precise Wire Preparation: Equipped with a computer-controlled automatic wire feeding system, it supports standard 600mm reel cables and can achieve precise cutting lengths (150mm-1000mm, expandable as needed), with a cutting accuracy of ±(0.2%*L + 1)mm. It can complete outer sheath stripping (28mm-65mm) and inner insulation stripping (0.5mm-8mm) in one pass, resulting in smooth cuts and no wire damage.
○ Intelligent Wire Management: A built-in CCD vision recognition system automatically sorts multi-core wires by color and matches them to corresponding processing steps based on wire color, avoiding misoperation. The wire straightening function ensures neat wire arrangement, laying a solid foundation for subsequent terminal crimping and outer shell insertion.
○ Double-ended heat shrink tubing insertion: Specifically designed for multi-core cables, this double-ended heat shrink tubing accommodates tubing with outer diameters of 4mm-12mm and a cutting range of 20mm-50mm. High insertion accuracy ensures a tight fit with the wire, and reliable insulation performance after heating.
○ Stable terminal crimping: Equipped with a 2-ton terminal crimping machine (servo terminal crimping machines can be customized to meet specific needs), providing stable crimping force. Optional domestic or imported terminal pressure detection systems monitor the crimping process in real time, preventing quality issues caused by insufficient or excessive pressure.
○ Precise terminal housing assembly: Compatible with 2P-10P universal terminal housings, this machine automatically inserts the crimped terminal housing and detects its position, ensuring the terminal is fully embedded and secure. This machine supports wires from AWG#28 to AWG#20 and is compatible with various multi-core cable specifications on the market.
