This tape wrapping machine can be used for various PVC insulating tapes, fleece tapes, polyester tapes, fiberglass tapes, mica tapes, acetate tapes, and gold finger tapes. It is suitable for wrapping tapes on various wire harnesses, connectors, conduits, copper busbars, aluminum busbars, and other products. It is also compatible with wrapping small items with PE stretch film, PVC wire film, and cotton and linen ropes. Its versatility allows for multi-purpose use, moving beyond a single-purpose machine.

○ The entire machine is made of aviation-grade aluminum alloy, making it lightweight. All fastening screws are made of 304 stainless steel, ensuring the machine is rust-free and corrosion-resistant.
○ The machine uses a soft rubber synchronous belt drive bearing, instead of traditional metal gear drives, resulting in lower noise and extremely low energy loss. The synchronous belt consumables are standard parts, readily available online with pre-selected models.
○ It uses a low-voltage 24V output for enhanced safety, eliminating concerns about electric shock associated with traditional high-voltage machines.
○ The ring-shaped design enhances safety, eliminating external metal swing arms and the safety hazards of traditional wire harness winding machines.
○The product offers ample operating space, easy modification and expansion, and can wind a wide variety of objects without special customization. It is adaptable to various diameters and widths of commonly used tapes. The simple structure and easy maintenance require only a screwdriver and wrench for all parts replacement.
