The wire metal braiding cutting and stripping machine is a high-precision, industrial-grade automation equipment specifically engineered for processing wires with metal braided sleeves (such as copper, aluminum, or stainless steel braids).

○ The equipment mainly consists of two parts: a wire stripping section and a wire cutting section. The wire stripping section is equipped with a full copper transformer and a high-power discharge thyristor, achieving 100% load capacity. It features a microcomputer digital display controller and can operate continuously for 24 hours.
○ The wire cutting section is equipped with a high-precision motor and driver to ensure cutting accuracy. Under smooth wire feeding conditions, the theoretical cutting accuracy can be controlled within ±1mm (based on a total reference length of 2000mm). Parameters such as wire feeding speed, stripping speed, and cutting speed are adjustable.
○ The metal shielded wire is manually threaded into the wire straightening frame (tension adjustable). After passing through the guide tube, the feeding wheel is unscrewed to place the shielded wire between the upper and lower wheels while simultaneously pressing the feeding wheel down. The gap between the two wheels is adjustable to ensure stable feeding. After setting parameters such as cutting length and stripping length via the touchscreen controller and wire stripper controller, pressing the button starts the equipment. The machine begins working, and the cutting quantity, output, and cutting speed can all be adjusted via the display screen.
