○ At the core of the machine lies the advanced ultrasonic oscillation technology: high-frequency vibrations are transmitted to the welding surface of the non-woven fabric through the horn, instantly generating friction between fabric molecules to reach the melting point of the material, thereby achieving rapid solid-state fusion of the fabric. Compared with traditional needle sewing machines, this welding method not only eliminates the trouble of frequent needle replacement and the problem of broken thread joints, but also ensures that the joint strength is close to that of a single piece of material, with clear embossing, a three-dimensional relief effect on the surface, and excellent waterproof performance, making the finished bags more high-end and aesthetically pleasing. In addition, the ultrasonic welding process does not damage the fabric edge, avoiding burrs and curling, ensuring the neatness and durability of the bag edges.
○ Equipped with a high-precision PLC computer control system, the machine features stepper motor material feeding, photoelectric tracking and automatic counting functions, which can accurately control the bag length and size, ensure stable and smooth operation, and realize automatic alarm when the set count is reached, greatly reducing manual intervention and improving production accuracy.
