This is a fully automatic double-head crimping machine for ribbon cables with piercing technology. The connectors are automatically fed via a vibratory feeder and support single-head crimping, double-head crimping, and front/reverse crimping functions, which can be freely selected in the program. It is suitable for ribbon cables from 8-pin to 40-pin, with both 2.0mm and 2.54mm pitches. As long as the pitch is consistent, different numbers of pins are interchangeable.

Equipped with specialized piercing-crimping modules, the machine simultaneously completes accurate piercing and crimping on both sides of flat cables (FFC/FPC, multi-conductor flat wires) and compatible connectors. Ensures uniform contact pressure, optimal electrical conductivity, and strong mechanical retention, meeting international quality standards (e.g., IEC, UL).
