○ Operators only complete pre-work including wire feeding and strand alignment; the machine automatically executes core processes: stripping, terminal crimping and housing insertion.
○ It accommodates 2-10-core sheathed cables and multi-core wires, with customizable terminals and plastic housings.
○ Controlled by STM32 MCU, the equipment runs stably with low failure rate for long-duration continuous production. It delivers much higher throughput than full manual processing, boosting harness output and cutting production costs significantly.
