○ Equipment Functions: Enables automatic wire feeding, meter-counting and fixed-length cutting, end-point termination, twisting of multiple wires in pairs, A-end insertion into the casing, and B-end twisting and soldering. It is a continuous automated processing system integrating quality control and monitoring.
○ High Capacity: The equipment adopts a unique servo-driven electric wire hole system, which can efficiently increase product capacity.
○ High Compatibility: The equipment is compatible with various wire types, including 0.8, 1.0, 1.2, 1.25, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, and 3.96mm pitch casings. It can process various wire materials such as electronic wire, ribbon cable, double-parallel wire, and sheathed wire.
○ Simple Operation: Touchscreen operation, parameter setting and operation are convenient and easy to learn. Ordinary employees can operate several machines with simple training.
○ Quick Changeover: The casing is compatible with 2-20P. Changing casings of the same specification but different P positions requires no parts replacement; the formula can be quickly selected via the touchscreen. Different specifications of casings only require the replacement of a few parts, making it simple and quick.
○ Stable Overall Performance: Standard components such as servo controls, electrical parts, guide rails, and lead screws are sourced from globally renowned brands, ensuring stable overall equipment performance.
