○ Equipped with an industrial computer control system and Windows 7 operating system, the production line boasts stable performance, intuitive operation and convenient parameter setting, which can flexibly meet the processing needs of FAKRA cables of different specifications. Its automatic wire feeding system is compatible with spooled and coiled wires, realizing continuous and stable feeding and effectively avoiding wire jamming during production.

○ It integrates multiple core processing functions in one, including wire cutting, wire stripping, copper tube threading, center pin crimping, outer conductor threading, outer conductor crimping and finished product detection, realizing one-stop automatic processing from raw wire to finished cable. A complete set of detection devices and a terminal pressure detection system are equipped to timely identify unqualified products, which are automatically classified and separated to ensure the qualification rate of finished products.
