Technical Data

○ This machine is suitable for crimping resistors and wires, inserting sheaths, and connecting horizontal components and wires.

○ It integrates wire feeding, cutting, stripping, crimping, sheathing, and automatic detection to achieve automated production.

○ It adopts servo control and stepper feeding control, and can set the following parameters according to product requirements: wire cutting length, stripping length, resistor lead cutting length, resistor shaping lead cutting length, and copper strip crimping size.

○ Functions can be set to on/off according to different product requirements. Four main functions are available: termination function, resistor processing function, heat shrink tubing function, and copper strip crimping function.

○ Wire cutting parameters can be set, including setting wire length, wire end length, wire tail length, and blade value for different wire sizes to meet partial or full stripping requirements. Production quantity and quantity per unit can also be set.

○ Fully automated production improves work efficiency and product quality while saving labor costs.
