WL-0516 is a fully servo programmable stripping machine, which is used for stripping multi-layer coaxial cables, multi-core sheathed cables and core wires in programmed sequence.

○ This machine is mainly used to wrap stretch film onto wire harness. The working speed is adjustable, and the number of wrapping turns is adjustable.
○ Suitable for various non-insulating tape materials, such as cloth tape, PVC tape, etc. The wrapping effect is smooth and no wrinkles. The tape on each overlap wrapping is covered with an overlapping 1/2 turn, which is convenient for switching between different wrapping modes.
○ This machine can realize different wrapping methods, such as continuous wrapping and point wrapping. It can replace physical labor and improve the taping performance.
○ The machine is wrapped with stretch film instead of tape. Since the stretch film is cheaper than the tape, it can save the cost of the wire harness processing industry. The width of the stretch film is wider than the width of the tape. And this machine is suitable for winding wire harness with larger wire diameter.
