The equipment uses KUKA or domestically produced robots. The winding head is equipped with a robot's seventh axis linkage control to maintain the tape stacking rate (maintaining the tape stacking rate in real time on straight lines or at curves). It features a single tape reel with adjustable tension control (improving efficiency and ensuring consistent tape winding tightness). The tape has automatic start-up and break-off functions. The flexible worktable can clamp copper busbars of different shapes and sizes with winding lengths ranging from 1800mm to 350mm. The copper busbar positioning clamping blocks can be quickly changed. The winding speed is 2.5 meters per minute in straight lines.

○ The worktable uses a guide rail arrangement, allowing for displacement, lifting, and clamping to avoid obstructions. It can be positioned, clamped, and wound 360° according to copper busbars of different shapes and sizes, improving equipment flexibility and utilization.
○ The winding head is equipped with automatic tape cutting and trimming functions. Automatic or manual tape starting and cutting functions can be selected according to the specific product shape.
○ The stacking rate is adjustable from 15% to 75%. The robot's seventh axis operates in conjunction with the robot to control the stacking rate.
○ The winding head is equipped with a tensioner. The tape reel allows for quick replacement of the insulating tape. The follow-up clamping mechanism clamps the copper busbar, preventing swaying during winding.
○ The tension of the insulating tape is provided by the tape reel and is adjustable from 0-30N.
○ Equipped with adjustable tooling, the product-conforming POM clamping block can be quickly replaced, and a fixed support clamp is used at the end of the copper busbar.
○ This machine has automatic and manual operation functions and is equipped with safety protection devices to effectively prevent equipment and personal injury accidents.
○ All workstations are equipped with safety light curtains, equipment has safety railings, safety access control, and three-color safety indicator lights.
